Hola Chikos y chikas! So, am in Ecuador and despite being ladden with a thigh to ankle cast, I managed to trek through the amazon jungle and keep one leg free from sandfly bites ie: the cast leg was untouched! It was a nice few days chilling out in the jungle and eating the yummiest Ecuadorian food. Am now in Cuenca and heading to the beach tomorrow, so I am very glad that I have cut off my cast and am going to have a leg wax to celebrate the occasion.
We are heading to te beach tomorrow in Punta Sol which will be good because we haven´t seen a lot of the sun being so high up in altitude. There is really nothing too exciting to report so far as I have not been able to do a lot of things with my cast. But am enjoying South America and looking forward to the weeks to come.
